WHAT TYPES OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The Site offers users the opportunity to voluntarily provide personal information through, for example, sending emails to request information and/or establish relationships with our Organization or for recruitment purposes aimed at establishing an employment or collaboration relationship with our Organization (see Information for candidates on completing the “Job Opportunities” area).

Third party data

If you decide to provide us with data from third parties, please make sure that these subjects have been adequately informed in advance about the methods and purposes of the processing indicated here. In relation to this hypothesis, it acts as an independent data controller, assuming all the legal obligations and responsibilities.

Navigation data

We collect the following data through the services you use:

Technical data: This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used only for statistical information (therefore they are anonymous), to check the correct functioning of the site and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts will not persist for more than 7 days.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The retention of personal data will take place in paper and/or electronic form and for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purpose referred to in point 3.

With reference to the processing of data relating to the provision of the requested services, we inform you that we will process your data for the time strictly necessary to process your request.

In particular, we inform you that the retention times of the data and documents sent with reference to processing for recruitment purposes are illustrated in the information for candidates.

Finally, we remind you that, in order to fulfill the anti-terrorism provisions introduced by art. 24 of law 167/2017, which transposed EU Directive 2017/541, we will keep data relating to electronic traffic, excluding in any case the contents of communications, for a period not exceeding 72 months from the date of communication.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

Consistent with the provisions of the RGPD, you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment. The law also allows you to exercise the right to request the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.

Finally, we remind you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.

HOW DO WE GUARANTEE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA?

Your personal data is processed by the subjects referred to in point 1, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. In particular, to guarantee the security of your data taking into account the state of the art and implementation costs, as well as the nature, object, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risk of varying probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of our users, we have adopted adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk.

WHEN WAS THIS POLICY UPDATED?

This disclosure was published in May 2023 and may undergo changes over time also in connection with the possible entry into force of new sector regulations, the updating or provision of new services or technological innovations. In this case, the joint controllers will notify you giving evidence of such updates.
